Today is my anniversary!

Today I celebrate with drums and trumpets, today 9 years ago in a corner of the Montes de Oca theater in San Pedro, as Ismael would say, everything stopped and love was born, in my first dance class, nine years later and a little geographically far away all the classes are as exciting as that one!

And again I share with you one of the phrases that brought me here:

Dance, -said the ram man-. Don’t stop dancing while the music plays. Do you understand? Dance. Don’t stop dancing. Don’t think about why you’re doing it. Don’t turn it over or look for meanings. Actually, it doesn’t mean anything. If you start thinking, your legs will stop. And if that happened, I couldn’t do anything to help you. Your connection would disappear. Forever. Then you could only live in this world. You would be dragged from that world to this world. So don’t let your legs stop. No matter how ridiculous it seems, don’t stop dancing. You will make what is already hardened start to stretch. You should still be on time. Use all your resources. Give it your all. You have nothing to fear. You’re tired, I know. Tired and scared. It happens to all of us. Sometimes we feel like everything is a big mistake. And then our legs stop. —Haruki Murakami

You really should never stop, never stop doing what you love, that which turns off your brain and makes you forget about counting, that makes you forget what’s missing and makes you have everything, a moment when the universe has free rein and everything is within you. On the anniversary of the day I found it, I send you a big hug and all the good vibes and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
